Open & Repair of Safes

We offer on-site services on all safe brands across Namibia!

Procedure:

1. You can either call/email/Whatsapp us to start the process

2. We will need the following information:

• Name

• Location (at least a street name & town)

• A photo of the safe

• A description of the problem (e.g. keys lost, forgot code, handle broken, etc.)

​3. Once all necessary information is  gathered, will we provide you with a Quote
4. Should you accept our Quote we require full upfront payment

5. Once the payment reflects on our bank account, will we send out a technician to attend to the repairs

6. You will receive a Tax Invoice afterwards
